Dr. Tanuja Kosuri, the ABE site coordinator in India, has been the primary point of contact between ABE India and potential partner schools. She has played a vital role in outreach and identifying school curricula that align with the ABE program. She collaborates closely with teachers to plan and implement training and support content development. She also manages the website, facilitates purchases, and coordinates with ABE lab technicians for kit management.

Tanuja holds a PhD in Biotechnology and had more than 10 years of professional experience before joining the DRILS team as senior research manager. In her role, she is responsible for project management functions across key research projects, while also contributing to the operational efficiency of research facilities, including advanced instrumentation and the development of standard operating procedures. She also plays important roles in Institutional Biosafety and Ethics Committees, ensuring adherence to safety and ethical standards. In addition, she has been actively involved in managing student internships and other training programs, and brings this experience and enthusiasm to ABE India!
